In the opinion of the directors of Frasers Hospitality Asset Management Pte. Ltd., the financial statements of FH-REIT
and its subsidiaries (collectively “FH-REIT Group”), set out on pages 128 to 189, comprising the Portfolio Statement
and Statements of Financial Position as at 30 September 2015, the Statements of Total Return, Distribution Statements,
Statements of Changes in Stapled Securityholders’ Funds and Statements of Cash Flows for the financial period
then ended, and Notes to the Financial Statements are drawn up so as to present fairly, in all material respects, the
financial position and portfolio position of FH-REIT Group as at 30 September 2015, the total returns, changes in
Stapled Securityholders’ funds, distributable income and cash flows of FH-REIT Group for the financial period from
20 June 2014 (Date of Constitution) to 30 September 2015, in accordance with the recommendations of Statement
of Recommended Accounting Practice 7 “Reporting Framework for Unit Trusts” issued by the Institute of Singapore
Chartered Accountants and the provisions of the Amended and Restated Trust Deed dated 20 June 2014 between the
REIT Manager and The Trust Company (Asia) Limited. At the date of this statement, there are reasonable grounds to
believe that FH-REIT Group will be able to meet its financial obligations as and when they materalise.
