Independent valuation of the investment properties was undertaken by Jones Lang LaSalle based on discounted cash
flow method and gross realisation method. The independent valuers have the appropriate professional qualifications and
experience in the location and category of the property being valued.
The net changes in fair values of these investment properties have been recognised in the Statements of Total Return in
accordance with the Stapled Group’s accounting policies.
The accompanying accounting policies and explanatory notes form an integral part of the financial statements.
