The goodwill had arose from the acquisition of the entities that hold ANA Crowne Plaza Kobe. The goodwill was
written-off as its carrying value was in excess of the recoverable value (Note 11(a)).
Professional fees of SGD 882,000 and SGD 85,000 were paid to FHT auditors for services performed for the
purposes of the Initial Public Offering and Private Placement respectively. The fees have been capitalised as part
of issue costs (Note 20).
