At FHT, our investment focus centres on key cities
globally. Our dynamic portfolio includes the Sofitel
Sydney Wentworth, an iconic luxury hotel located in
Sydney’s vibrant CBD. Through this yield-enhancing
acquisition, we were able to strengthen our market
position and grow our portfolio from SGD1.67 billion
to SGD1.96 billion.
