The Managers have announced the issuance of an aggregate of 15,613,336 new Stapled Securities on 1 November 2017 for the payment of the REIT management fees, Trustee-Manager management fees, MIT management fees and for the payment of serviced residence management fees by way of issue of new Stapled Securities. Frasers Hospitality Trust ("FHT") is a stapled group comprising Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust ("FH-REIT") and Frasers Hospitality Business Trust ("FH-BT").
