ASSET PORTFOLIO VALUATION
FHT has a portfolio of 7 hotels and
6 serviced residences with a total of
3,206 rooms in Singapore, Malaysia,
Japan, Australia, and UK. As at 30
September 2015, the portfolio’s
valuation was SGD1.96 billion, 3.9%
higher than that as at the date of
acquisition of the properties.

As at 30 September 2015
In local currency terms, the total
valuation was lifted by that of the
properties in Japan, UK, Australia
and Singapore, which increased
by 25.0%, 20.9%, 4.1% and 2.5%
respectively.
In Malaysia, however, due to the
softer trading performance brought
about by political uncertainty and
the aircraft incidents involving
Malaysia Airlines, valuation
decreased marginally by 2.6%.
