Ltd., as trustee-manager of Frasers Hospitality Business Trust (" FH-BT"), attach a press release on the close of the initial public offer (the "Offering") of stapled securities in Frasers Hospitality Trust (comprising units in each of FH-REIT and FH-BT) and an announcement on the balloting results on the close of the Offering.
