Description Reference is made to the announcement dated 11 May 2015 in relation to the proposed acquisition of a 75-year leasehold interest in Sofitel Sydney Wentworth ( Acquisition ), and the announcements dated 25 June 2015 and 6 July 2015 in relation to the private placement of 150,000,000 new stapled securities in FHT ( Private Placement").

Attached is an announcement in relation to the completion of the Acquisition and the use of proceeds from the Private Placement.
