10th Annual General Meeting
The 10th Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") of Frasers Hospitality Trust ("FHT") will be held at the Grand Ballroom, Level 2, InterContinental Singapore, 80 Middle Road, Singapore 188966 on Wednesday, 15 January 2025 at 10.00 a.m. (Singapore time).
This is a physical-only event. Please refer to the Notice of AGM for details.
As voting at the physical meeting will be conducted via an online platform, stapled securityholders of FHT or their appointed proxies/representatives are advised to bring along a web-browser enabled device in order to access the voting function at the AGM.

Stapled Securityholders who submit questions via post or email must provide the following information for authentication:
- the Stapled Securityholder's full name;
- the Stapled Securityholder's address; and
- the manner in which the Stapled Securityholder holds the Stapled Securities in FHT (e.g., via CDP or SRS).
