Additional Text Reference is made to the announcement on the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting and the Scheme Meeting of FHT released on 12 September 2022 (the "Results Announcement").
Additional Text The FHT Managers wish to clarify that (i) the description of the first row of the table in paragraph 2.4 of the Results Announcement should be "Stapled Securities represented by votes (either in person or by proxy)" instead of "Stapled Securityholders present and voting (either in person or by proxy)"; and
Additional Text (ii) the description of the second row of the table in paragraph 2.4 of the Results Announcement should be "Stapled Securityholders present and voting (either in person or by proxy)" instead of "Stapled Securities represented by votes (either in person or by proxy)".
