| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Mr Liu Qingbin has resigned from his position as the Head of Finance of Frasers Hospitality Asset Management Pte. Ltd. ("FHAM") and Frasers Hospitality Trust Management Pte. Ltd. ("FHTM"), the manager of Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust ("FH-REIT") and the trustee-manager of Frasers Hospitality Business Trust ("FH-BT") respectively (collectively, the "Managers"). The Board of each of the Managers thanks him for his service and contribution to Frasers Hospitality Trust ("FHT"). A successor for Mr Liu is being selected, and an announcement will be made in due course. |
