SUSTAINABILITY REPORTING
FHT is pleased to present our
inaugural sustainability report
along with our first annual report.
We recognise that sustainability
reporting is an increasingly
important part of the corporate
world and we believe this approach
creates long term value for all our
stakeholders. Forming an integral
part of accountability to our
stakeholders, a sustainability report
will be integrated into FHT’s annual
report as part of our corporate
engagement at the end of every
financial year. This enables us to
share our social and environmental
considerations which have been
crucial to our business as a
hospitality real estate investment
trust. Furthermore, this report also
allows us to measure our progress in
sustainable development.

SCOPE OF THIS REPORT
This first sustainability report covers
data from 1 October 2014 to 30
September 2015 (“FY2015”)

been prepared in accordance with
the international standard, the
Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G4
Core requirements and includes the
Construction and Real Estate Sector
Disclosure. For reference to the GRI
Index, please refer to page 90.
For this report, the REIT Manager
reports sustainability performance
data available for the six serviced
residences under the Fraser brand
and two hotels in FHT’s portfolio
managed by Frasers Hospitality
which are Park International London
and Best Western Cromwell London.
We do not attempt to include the
other hotels in the portfolio, which
are independently managed by
leading hotel operators and report
on their respective sustainability
policies and practices (refer to About
Frasers Hospitality Trust on page 2
for more information).
