BEING ACCOUNTABLE TO OUR STAKEHOLDERS
As a responsible corporate citizen, we work closely with our stakeholders as they are critical to our long term success.
We seek to understand our key stakeholders’ key concerns through various platforms throughout the year. This
stakeholder engagement has provided valuable information to our approach to sustainability reporting and to how we
assess material environmental and social issues.
[G4-25]
Aside from the trade associations that FHT is a member of, our CEO, Ms Eu Chin Fen is a Board Member of Singapore
Hotel Association which is the umbrella body on key hospitality developments and best practices in the industry
in Singapore. Detailed information on our engagement with investors can be found on pages 79 and 80 within the
Investor Relations section while our employee engagement is addressed on page 88 in the People section.
